Yet another study from Anonymous-person:
Dietary Carbohydrate Intake, Glycemic Index, and Glycemic Load and Endometrial Cancer Risk: A Prospective Cohort Study

Our findings contrast with previous evidence and suggest that high carbohydrate intakes and glycemic loads are protective against endometrial cancer development.

A bit surprising actually, because on such population studies I would expect the ones eating more sugar to be also the ones eating more PUFAs. On the other hand, the study also takes into account variables like fibre, so maybe enough variables are controlled.
