Hello,

Does anyone have experience using the high altitude breathing mask? Would there be any merit to using it to reduce adrenaline while sleeping?

I haven't tried one, though I'd be interested in it.
Visionofstrength describes a continuous CO2 delivery system.
My current approach is to tape my mouth shut and stick a cloth over my head before I fall asleep. I figure this should have some similar effects to the breathing mask, and I think I can notice a difference. It's a very cheap and easy experiment to try.

Just use a big scarf or some bags. Like a scarf that creates a big air pocket for you to rebreath. Or, at night, just put your head under the covers in a way that rebreaths CO2 but still allows some oxygen intake.

I find lots of CO2 helps me, more than does intermittent bag rebreathing. The effect is very strong sometimes.
