Herb stores mainland Europe?

Do you know wether there are stores in mainland Europe that sell high quality herb extracts of e.g. He Shou Wu, Cistanche etc? Here in Germany I cannot think of any, maybe you guys know one.

I try to purchase stuff in person instead of relying on the internet if possible.

I have ordered ointments there - with scullcap and with chinese rhubarb. They seem to be potent. At least i felt a strong cholagogue effect from rubbing it on stomach area.

I bought my Cistanche, He Shou Wu, pine pollen and a few other things from Na'vi Organics UK. They have good products.
My last order was after Brexit and I had to fill in paperwork and pay additional fees to DHL to handle the customs process.
