Help With This Scalp Growth

I have 2 of these which have been on my scalp for a while. They don't hurt or itch but I would like to find out what they are and how to get rid of them. I have tried Melanon for about 2 weeks but it didnt seem to have an effect, thinking of trying Estroban next.

That is a sebaceous cyst. You can have them surgically removed, but beware: if you have a hard time healing, there might be scar tissue almost as uncomfortable as the cyst itself. I haven't found any conclusions about the effects of haidut's supplements on sebaceous cysts - some people experimented with them, but never posted results.

My best cyst removal was done by a nurse and she didn't even stitch me back. Shaving a portion of the area and keeping the scalp dry and clean post-op (no washing, just iodine swabs) will definitely help the skin heal.
