So Im coming back from a business trip and might see the girl Im dating when I land.

I have a few pills of 5 mg cialis. Should I or should I not use it?

My ED is much better now but I had some bad experience again not so long ago.

Few months ago the sex went fine. I think then I was only focusing on getting enough multivitamins and citrulline. And some days with very small dose of DHEA spray sublingual and progesterone cream under scrotum.

When I was on one month vacation I did have good experience with the sex. Even had it several times one day. I think maybe the biggest success factor was the lack of stress. I have also stopped masturbated with porn.

So lately I couldnt perform again (but then I had masturbated two days before). Its the same that happens: I get hard a minute when dressing of or doing foreplay and then it will drop down. I also get kind of nervous and hot long after the failed episode. Could it be nordrenaline triggered by stress?

Im also stressing a bit about if I should take DHEA sublingual spray and progesterone cream. Yes or no?

I also tested 2,5 mg cialis and that gave me even harder erections (and longer). So the PDE5 inhibitor works.

What do you suggest I do?

Use up the cialis to mostly calm me down and calm that perform anxiety? Can it be used as a treatment?
Or are there any good natural treatments to maintain smooth musculature relaxation?

Also I will continue eat enough, sleep and stress down!

Large doses of aragula salads had the same viagra like effect (and side effects) that l-citrulline had, it tastes a lot better though. How is your digestion? Of course pde5 inhibitors work that's why they are so popular, a quick fix. I think you could try to practice relaxation through breathing and mindfullness or other exercises but I'll let other more knowledgeable guys chime in.. Squats may help too (if not overdone).

Ok I used to do cleans and some crossfit. Now the next weeks Im focusing on running because of a 10k run. Would squats be better than deadlift?

it's not a good idea to masturbate. If you watch porn it's very difficult to masturbate without visualizing porn scenes.

There are many cultures where they do not masturbate.

If you have abundant sex with a partner this is no need to masturbate.

Do you have erectile issues despite using pansterone, androsterone and kuinone?
Pansterone+Kuinone is good for libido and Pansterone+Andro is better for EQ.
I couldn't get 'full' Erection without any supplements.
with idealab supplements,My EQ becomes 80% and Topical T makes it 90%.

And certainly not to brag or something.

I‘m mid-thirties, have regular intercourse with the wife - most of it is on weekends and the spontaneous events got a lot less frequent over the years, but I find it still satisfying and sufficient to our needs.

I have no problems with erections, ejaculation and „performance“ - I don’t last hours, but a good 10-15 minutes most of the times, sometimes more sometimes less.

Long story short: I tried sildenafil twice for the fun of it.
The effects were drastic. Even after climax the erection slightly faded but came back strongly after a short pause and cuddling. That went on for about 2 hours each time after which it was no longer fun to go on - even though it would have been possible from a erection point of view.

The wife rather liked it, but would not want that level of intercourse on a regular base, and neither would I. We plan to try it again during the coming holidays so that’s why it came to my mind.

Despite all the critique around the substance and the non-peatishness, I would say based on my experiences (and a few similar anecdotes to be found in the net) that sildenafil can provide drastic „enhancement“ - maybe as a recreational, non-frequent use. If a good „healthy“ sexual function is needed in the first place to get these effects seems likely, but I don’t know.

I’ve read about ergot-derived substances that can enhance „lasting time“ and those seem a bit more peaty, but I’ve no experience with them. The MoA, mostly via dopaminergic action, seems rather different to sildenafil as well.

ED becomes impossible. And you can have sex for hours if you want to.

Pills and herbs and such are screwing you up. Sorry to say. You will miss out on all of this.

In the west it is due to porn and such that Orgasm becomes a neccesary part of sex

Hi,

I have the last 3-4 months noticed that my erections are not that hard or as long as it used to be when masturbating to porn. Its like Im tired of doing it.

Now Im seeing a girl and I notice that I have some performance anxiety - thinking like "will I get hard enough?" or "will I stay erected". So our first time happened during a night after a lot of alcohol intake from us both so that didn't go well for me. While I was warming her up I got a boner a few times.
