Help: Vocal Nodules From Gerd

Hello everyone. I've had a vocal nodule caused by Gerd for three years. Fortunately my Gerd is now cured (don't ask me how), but the nodule is still there. Wondering if any of you had the same problem, but somehow managed to heal without surgery.

Umm. I don't know if this will work for you (or if I can describe it well). First, try to keep estrogen down.
A good vocal exercise for this is to make the sound of a creeky door. Oh heck, I'm gonna have to figure how to make a video/sound clip on how to do this.
