Help! Lisuride and Metergoline insomnia

I believe that these are causing me insomnia. I have stopped taking them. However, I'm still experiencing insomnia. What can I do to speed up the process? Or just fall asleep?

Have you tried the regular things in such situations.
Magnesium, Zinc, Taurine, etc?
