So I did some tests to screen for Adrenal Fatigue.
My saliva cortisol test (where you take saliva samples 4x throughout day) were VERY low.
Blood cortisol was normal
24 hour urinary cortisol was higher than normal.
Now after doing some reading, I have found that saliva test is measuring FREE cortisol and urinary cortisol is measuring metabolized cortisol.
Does this mean that I DONT actually have low cortisol, and that my body is using up the free cortisol very quickly?
