Hey everyone,

I recently took a saliva hormone panel, and I can't make much sense out of the results.

Result Reference Unit

ESTRONE: < 5.0 ( < 5.0 ) pg/ml
ESTRADIOL: 1.8 ( <2.5 ) pg/ml
ESTRIOL: 47.2 H ( <4.1 ) pg/ml
PROGESTERONE: 18 ( <100 ) pg/ml
DHEA: 1.10 ( 0.09 - 1.60 ) ng/ml
TESTOSTERONE: 185 ( 40-170 ) pg/ml

DHT: <10 ( <60 ) pg/ml
CORTISOL: 1.10 L ( 1.8 - 3.8 ) ng/ml
MELATONIN: 24.5 ( 0.1 - 25.0 ) pg/ml
17-OHP: 26.9 H ( 19.5 - 25.9 ) pg/ml
ANDROSTENEDIONE: 161 H ( 7 - 89 ) pg/ml
Progesterone/Estradiol 10

My knowledge of the endocrine system is limited, but there seems to be a lot of conflicting data. I'd appreciate any advice or insight.

Backround info: 20 year old male, have been dealing with anxiety, brain fog, and depression for a few years

Your low DHT is probably the main source of the brain fog. DHT is crucial for cognition. Seems like your 5ar isn't as well expressed as it should be, because your testosterone is high but DHT is low.
