Help! Fibroids, ovarian cysts

Hello! I recently saw a friend of mine and he told me that they had found a cyst, a fibroid on his wife's ovary. I recently read on the forum and I see that there are many people with solid knowledge, so I turn to you for help. In this situation, I'm not sure what to recommend. What would you do? Thanks! I've already done a diet that excludes major sources of estrogen, processed grains and vegetable oils, but for hormonal supplements I prefer to wait until the test results come out, although I can hardly overdose on progesterone.
