[HELP] Best Diet Plan/Lifestyle for Optimal Testosterone?

Hey,
I‘m a 18 year old male who, for the past year, really feels bad. Low motivation, zero libido, mood swings.
The problem is that before this pandemic I felt fantastic, I had high energy, high motivation, had super dominance seeking and risk-taking behavior. Basically super good androgens, which I‘m sure of because I literally felt like a supergod, people couldn‘t believe me when I told them I‘m just 17/18 years old.
I did NoFap/Semen Retention for 430 days, which definitely decreased my Prolactin and upped my androgen receptor sensitivity, coupled with a whole foods diet, no additives, gums etc.
I ate 10-30 raw eggs a day, ground beef, potatoes, some cheese and bananas.
Felt amazing, although the diet wasn’t the best. I‘m sure it has more to do with NoFap seeing as I haven’t gotten past 30 days of abstinence since my relapse one year ago.
Besides NoFap, no deodorant, plastic bottled water, perfume, toothpaste and shampoo and exercising:
What else can I do to feel like a god again? During those times I also was a chad regarding girls, I really do believe in NoFap and at this point am 100% convinced that it really does make a HUGE difference regarding hormones and such. I remember after I watched pr0nography for the first time after ONE AND A HALF YEARS I instantly felt super brain fogged and weird again.
How to feel like a god again, what has personally helped you? I really, really really miss those times. A lot.

cook your meats and veggies in organic EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil), grassfed or organic butter, organic refined coconut oil.
organic milk without added A preferred, if you can get grassfed non homogenized even better. Limit starches as much as possible.
Bison meat, lamb shank, oxtail, shortribs with organic jasmine rice with butter. Organic bananas are good, with some blueberries in a smoothie with grassfed whey.

Hey man, no offense but I think you are concentrating on the wrong things.

There is zero evidence that nofap raises testosterone. On the contrary, long term abstinence lowers testosterone, and unless you have no libido, it also causes a lot of unneccessary stress.

I can see why people feel better initially: it feels good to take control of your life and dedicate your time to more constructive things. But if you can't watch porn once without getting "super brain fogged and weird", you probably weren't in a good state in the first place.

Having said that, you told us very little about your daily lifestyle, which besides diet can make an enormous difference to your testosterone levels and how you ultimately feel.

What type of exercise do you do? Do you have regular sex? What's your social life, your work routine? I think having an active, social and meaningful life is paramount to healthy hormone levels.

My testosterone levels dropped this year due to the government: they destroyed my study and work plans, closed my gym and made socialising and dating next to impossible. Now that restrictions are loosening I have come back to my previous activities and plans and already feeling stronger.

Is the list of all the micros in the last table (in your linked article) from all the foods you mentioned in the article? (Sorry it’s not very clear which foods make up that last table showing all the micronutrients).

Also, is it fair to assume that you supplement vitamin K and E?

Yeah I just added all the foods that I summarized under each section.
I don't supplements with either on a consistent basis, but rather infrequently.

Yeah. Testosterone dropped this Year for quite a lot of Guys due to the Government.
I Don't wanna know how it is for Singles in these Time.... :(

Besides the Article from Hans, i would concentrate on keeping Stress low. Not Stressing out too much about things you can't control. This goes even as far, as keeping Expanses Low and Income High. And using Natural Deodorant and Shampoos, Drinking Water from Glass instead of Plastic Bottles and so forth.

You can even workout if you want, because it can help with the God Feeling (that you Describe). It has to be done very smart though. But we discussed it in great Lenghts in this Forum in the Past.

what activities exactly did you do at this time? i asking because i need some ideas, i got nothing to do, my health is bad and iam bored =(
