Hi! I've had quite a bit of success making mayonnaise with coconut oil --
just gently melt it to liquid form and then follow a standard recipe. I do
mine by hand: egg yolk, bit of mustard, citrus juice or vinegar, then
slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking. Once it's at the desired consistency,
add plenty of salt to taste.

I also use coconut oil along with red wine or balsamic vinegar on my
shredded carrot salad.

There's a premade product with olive and coconut oil here, but they're out of stock. I have an e-mail in with them asking when they'll be back in stock, I'll update this when I hear more.

I hadn't noticed the sesame seed oil in the one I posted. It's supposedly ok despite its omega 6 content in a lot of circumstances, but definitely makes it less appealing.

And in addition to the sesame seed oil, they've written back that they're not sure when they'll be ready to produce it again.
