I've been a lurker on the site for a few months now but have found all the posts so incredibly helpful that I decided it's time to join!

My name is Jules, I live in the UK with my daughter - but have lived in South Africa and Australia. I have been struggling with hypothyroid / adrenal issues for about 10 years now and have literally tried everything to resolve these issues.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and learning more as I go! :)
