I'm 19 years old, male and from germany c:
I hope my english is good enough, so that you can understand me
i'm here because I'm a fan of dr ray peat and his work,
I read in this forum for more than two years but didn't registrated me until now.
I eat a peat stlye diet and follow many of his recommendations,
My mother has hashimoto so I'm here to find help for her too, I will open a new topic to this in "ask For Help or Advice"
