Ahh, hi all. It's been a while since I've been dedicated to any actual plan. Maybe I get bored easily. Maybe I get sucked in by conflicting research and only stick with things for a few days at a time. So here's where I am right now.

179lb (female, 5'7")
Daily ashtanga yoga (most days)
Resistance training with a little cardio 3-4 days a week

Really enjoying sweet milk, gelatin, and eggs for breakfast.
Loads of coffee with milk and some sugar until 3pm.
Protein+veg+little fat for dinner. Maybe I'll make this into potatoes + coconut oil soon, because it sounds really good.

Daily aspirin, no grains, little if any PUFA, salt to taste on pretty much everything

Anyone have any solutions that let them drop the excess body fat faster?

For me, I couldn't lose weight while taking aspirin.
Loved it therapeuticly, but made me gain water, fat and muscle. I got thick and couldn't lose until I dropped it.
Also, your diet looks a bit restrictive? Hope you are eating enough....
