I was wondering if anyone can shed light on how to improve improve heat tolerance. I used to have lower temperatures, and heat was easy to handle. I could sweat, but it still was a pleasant experience.

It's not even that hot in here now, but I feel just miserable, unable to concentrate. What defines how one can tolerate high temps outside?

I have been trying our a few new supplements from Idealabs, of course they increase your temp even more, and it's just impossible. So far cancelling everything to lower temps.

I had this experience.

How hot is it outside?
What’s your mid day body temperature?

For me, it was nothing magical, other than adaptation.
My new healthier condition slowly adjusted over the months to know how to handle a stronger metabolism.

I did listen to my body- for example, I only sat in the shade vs direct sunlight until I felt “stronger”. So backing off your supplements may be prudent.

My midday temperature is 36.6, and it's 26-30C outside. Heat makes me so PMS-like frustrated, but it has nothing to do with it.
