Heat stress (among others) is known to release dynorphin (suppressing dopamine while increasing prolactin/serotonin/estrogen), and that's ostensibly partly responsible for the mood boost after a sauna visit (downregulated kappa-opioid receptors).

Errrrr more likely due to all the sweating and water loss that your body starts releasing vasopressin in an attempt to hold on to its last bit of its water sources.

Can you quote were of it says heat lower testosterone?!

It says exogenous testosterone and applying heat to testes lowers spermogenesis.

Of curse its bad to apply heat to balls.

I meant balls. Yes. So should we stop wearing warm clothes downstairs and take cold showers?

I dont know about cold showers but sitting in hot tubs for example is bad for men,for sure.

Cloths are not big problem I guess.
