I wanted to quickly know if the heart rate is raised only by T3 action or because T3 increases adrenaline which increases the heart rate? Why should it be up if the temps are already good but the rate at only 60BPM.

I think that T3 doesn't raise adrenaline itself but rather makes tissues more sensitive. I also think thatT3 by its own right increases heart rate so this effect might be a combination of higher sensitivity and T3 itself.
For the question about slow heart rate and good temps, I am in the same boat and don't have a clue, there's other threads on the topic but I don't recall them to definitely answer the question.

i think it does create adrenanline sometimes.

It also increases heart rate. For me, that's the only effect. Doesn't seem that T3 increases temps at all for me.
