So a few days ago on Sunday I went way too hard in the gym. I was trying to get a very long lasting pump.
Anyways the next day I realized I have developed tendinitis in the inside part of my elbow near the insertion forearm muscle.
It’s mainly in the left arm.
Any supplements or suggestions to help heal it faster. I haven’t worked out since Sunday. So 3 days off now.
The pain randomly comes and goes.
