All too common; but what usually provokes/alleviates them? Aspirin, I am sure... But any explanations?

I always get a bad headache at the end of menstruation. I don't know which hormone is the cause but I assume it means I'm still not taking enough Progest E.

Also sometimes get them according to the weather, like if it's very muggy... not sure what that's about.

Wish I knew, I started a topic on my current frontal headache which is ongoing for over a week now. Aspirin doesn't touch it, I even tried vicoprofen with zero improvement.
I was wondering about mineral or vitamin imbalances, but no input on that.

Lots of sugar can cause headaches for some people, including myself. I've noticed they tend to be the kind that stick around for a while. If that's what it is, then EXERCISE  is the fastest way to be rid of it, in my experience. :)
