Since going to peat i've had daily headaches (like tension?/surface one side) a few times that last up to a week during the day. I noticed it almost went away entirely after eating a egg so I had another. I did notice that i was not eating as many eggs during the last couple episodes.
Now i try to do one or two eggs a day. Any idea what in the egg would cause this? Perhaps i should supplement it as well.
