Have you ever tested macroprolactin, and at what time should prolactin be tested?

Both my endocrinologist and urologist recommended I test macroprolactin, which according to them could be making the prolactin results artificially high.

The urologist also recommended I test prolactin at noon to rule out high results due to fasting or being early in the morning.

Has anyone tested macroprolactin before, and when you test prolactin, at what time of the day do you normally get the blood drawn?
