anyone have experience with these topics? My fatigue is debilitating ( bedridden chair bound) been RP almost a year. Tried glandular and ndt in past felt worse. Had higher rt3 on one of my labs quite a while back. My ft3 is always a couple points above low range. I'm using progest E, aspirin, niacinamide , mag. I've been trying to use coffee last couple weeks only with meal and only a half cup 2x a day . I feel more exhausted since doing this . could be coincidence? Been battling cfs hashi six years. Wondering about using t3 only so any input is appreciated

I would use thyroid. I think Ray Peat has said that thyroid is the best for hashimotos. Even t4 is ideal he said. Synthetic are the best. The desiccated are really that good anymore.
