After doing an ancestry DNA test for some origin info, I realized they let you download your raw data, and that there exist other services that will analyze that for common mutations relating to everything from disease likelihood to nutritional requirements (claimed at least), and even personality traits lol.

So for fun I'm getting this one done: Gene Nutrition

I mean it would be really cool to know if my genes suggest that I need more vitamin B6 or something.

My question to you guys - has anyone done these, and how did you find the results?

I'm hoping for actionable insights, I feel like my health is overall very good but sometimes I feel superb and other times more down, seemingly randomly, and I wonder if there's some pattern in my diet and supplementation I can find to better control and optimize this. So naturally something like this made sense to me.

Edit - I think regardless there should definitely be some useful info from this raw data, such as MTHFR mutations and gluten sensitivity (though I naturally just avoid that stuff now).
