Edit: never mind, I figured it out. You’re just rude. I was just trying to show a comparison with the pictures. I’m certain the facial changes didn’t take 10 years to happen but I don’t take a lot of photos. The first one was 3-4 years before I’d ever heard of Ray Peat.
I dont think what he wrote was rude. I think he meant that it wasnt worth the effort according to him. I think its worth it tho. We all have different opinions.

Sorry naysayers but, much to my surprise, it does work, even for an old man. Probably also need a foundation of good metabolism and good nutrition, and other things that might help include androsterone, lithium, and boron. Allithiamine likely also helps. The carbonic anhydrase effect is real, and really nice.
I'll keep this in mind
