How do you get sufficient calcium without dairy? High phosphorus in almost all foods raises parathyroid hormone and sets off an inflammatory sequence of events that may be responsible for much of the disease we see everywhere.
Many members on here consume eggshell powder.


Calcium carbonate. Or if one had the time they could grind baked eggshells or eat pounds of leaves.

Leaves and veggies are full of antinutrients.

Get the calcium from raw unsalted cheese, it's uneventful for most unlike milk.
