Hands always warm, feet always ice cold

Anyone know a fix for this. I've heard cold hands or feet are metabolic issues, but people always talk about them as both being cold

in traditional medicine, this is a sign of bile insufficiency.
not that I believe in it, just something I've heard about.

Calcium. Salt. Sucrose.

From my experimentation so far it seems like you need calcium and sodium. I think they work together somehow.
