Hair falling out on Peat?

Ever since I've increased sugar consumption (mainly from fruit, fruit juice, some chocolate/ice cream and dairy), I've noticed my hair is thinner, more brittle and lacking volume. I run my hands through my hair in the shower and my hair sheds. It's become really fine and light in colour.

For fat I consume two large eggs daily, with some form of muscle meat or liver. Usually add in some yoghurt.

Any advice? I'm a 23 yo male.

My MPB got worse on peat from consuming tons of dairy and orange juice (not sure which or both). Scalp was really inflamed and itchy, tons of shed. I now leave out that portion of the diet (which I know means I'm probably not peating).

I try to focus on other aspects:
1) Less muscle meat, more oxtail, shanks, offal, etc.
2) Limit PUFA consumption
3) Moderate fruit
4) Carrot salad
5) Oysters
6) Light exposure (more outdoor light in morning, turn lights off at night)
7) Temperature tracking
