Have been struggling with insomnia, severe anxiety/brain fog, and serious fatigue since doing keto for a few months in 2018. Have done everything in the peat universe and more within the past few years plus a couple blood tests. Supplements don’t seem to do much anymore besides maybe make me feel more irritable. I’ve tried cypro just made me tired no quiet or calm of the mind. My glutamate is low while glutamine is high, as well as high proline. Other interests are a low threonine and tyrosine, supplementing them doesn’t seem to do much. Calcium has been borderline high on all blood work in the past but eating calcium sometimes makes me feel worse as most food does, i have very low appetite. This is all a shock to me as I’m a 28 year old male and have played sports all my life but have struggled a lot these few years. I’m lookn for some help and advice here!! Please feel free to comment. I’m certain i have low t and whether my estrogen and prolactin are high i think it’s safe to say they are as I’m now skinny fat with puffy nipples, and always bloated no matter what i eat and even if i haven’t ate. I struggle with trusting these drs and never had much luck with them growing up taking all those antibiotics. I want to go back for more blood work and maybe i get lucky with a good doc, but I’m kinda at wits end here, please help! @haidut @Hans

If you have high calcium (especially repeatedly) even if it’s just “borderline high” you should get checked out for parathyroid issues. Do some research on hyperparathyroidism. It can cause almost every issue you can think of and can be addressed quite successfully by an experienced surgeon.

Could you please mention current diet and for how long have you been eating that way? Also, are you taking any supplements?
