When there is skim milk listed as an ingredient in ice cream does that mean they are using skim milk that has the added vitamins? Haagen daaz is a brand I consume frequently and have always wondered this. Thanks.

dunno, but check which country it's manufactured in, then check their milk related legislation i guess? i'm guessing you're in america, where its the norm to 'fortify' things, in other countries it isn't.

I called, they were not very helpful, I think I may need to go higher up like to found out nutrition labeling requirements set by the government.
