This was a very interesting video I thought. Definitely made me excited to share with the Ray Peat community for our pro-orange beliefs! It inspired me to up my orange juice consumption and take it a bit more seriously because I hadn’t really. No science here just interesting was all.

The problem with orange juice is that it is a very processed product, unless you have access to plenty of oranges or freshly-squeezed juice.

Ray said that the dissolved cellulose in orange juice is not a natural substance.

Search for articles/studies from Florida universities on the processing of orange juice.
