I just realized that i've been drinking way too little milk and decided to add in a some calcium carbonate, 4-5 grams or so. I think its doing good things for me, but my gut can't seem to tolerate it very well. Anyone have any good ideas on how to ingest a lot of calcium?
Dairy... i know, but it's hard drinking that much liquid.
