Gut infection?

Just had a low fever and aches for two days. Only other symptom was a feeling of fullness and inability to eat anything. Drinking water causing acid reflux symptoms. Any idea on what’s going on?

Charcoal didn’t seem to help. Still not handling food well, should I just listen to my body and not eat till it clears?

You could have a bacterial infection. Are you any better today?
