Try to use mixed tocopherols as opposed to only alpha.

So i just corresponded with Now Foods regarding their E-400 (mixed tocopherol product). I was informed that although refined from soy bean oil, there is no soy protein or oil in the final product which makes me quite happy. Its affordable, easy to obtain and i think Now makes a quality product...

Thorne is supposed to have the best Vitamin E mixed Tocopherol product out there, but it is 50 dollars a bottle. LOL

I like thorne, but they use way too many excipients in most of their products these days. There is no need for a company like that to do so, it pisses me off.
