Immediately post Lidocaine cream 4%.
Had been there for years.
Applying few times a day on one side only.
Will report if significant improvements noted.

clothing material?????????
Not sure - tried different laundry detergents and different fabrics....

4% Lidocaine seems to temporarily improve it but it reverts back and seems to decrease to almost non-visible or increase with pain/itch at times.

I can't quite link its status to any foods.

Get that area in the sun and see what happens

lolz

Doctor thought it's because of rubbing of my fat thighs, but it doesn't look like that and I have so little faith in doctors being in the medical field myself.

I've had similar for yrs. It hasn't spread too far. I think it's reverse psoriasis because no antifungal treatment whether natural or drug has worked. If lidocaine clears it completely (not just symptom relief) then that would be amazing.

So far so good. Continuing once or twice a day application. Treating one side only. The treated side seems about 50% better now. Will update.

Same problem for years. Vit C supplementation cured my issue. It looked even worse at some points. Another thing that seemed to work was dolomite supplements. Worth a try.

How did it go @xeliex ?
This could also be a B6 deficiency.
