Grey hair in young adult

Any idea what this points to? Grey hairs coming in to a late 20s, early 30s young man?

Thats what I am seeing. What's high in copper?

Mussels, and liver. Not sure if all shellfish but mussels blood use copper instead of iron. I also read, on here, or peatarian, serotonin is involved.
