PTH is increased by phosphate and estrogen and serotonin, and PTH increases histamine, prostaglandins, IL-6, CRP, and possibly TNF.

so if ssri increase serotonin leading to this how are they still helpful. Do they decrease serotonin in different ways but overall increase in long term leading to pth increasing. Thoughts?
