Correct of course but only when at a normal healthy level for that person. When you creep over to high levels estrogen has the opposite effect. I heard Ray discussing this in one of his interviews recently. Once again, I haven't a clue which one as it was a few weeks ago. I really should start taking notes but can't remember if thats against the law while driving on the motorway.
