Because the Moderna trials did not test for infection via PCR. The criteria were whether trial subjects simply had symptoms or not. So 5 people in the vaccine arm and 90 people in the control arm had symptoms, but no PCR tests. What does that tell you?

Why do you think cases decreased then?

There was a 0.57% risk reduction in the Moderna trial. Do you call that successful? They didn't even test if the symptoms were due to covid virus. Do you call that a meaningful determination of success?

They say that there is a pandemic because so many people test positive in the PCR test, even without symptoms, but then the covid vaccines don't lower the spread. Doesn't that mean that vaccines are useless using their concept of a pandemic? The virus will still infect people.
