Google Restricting Search Terms

Sometimes I see a random quote on the RPF and I want to see the original thread,I usually just copy a portion of the text and enclose in quotes so Google will try an exact match. Today I tried this and it returned no results which is the first time this has happened. Tried the same search in DuckDuckGo and it worked. Just FYI
