Glutathione And Cystine In Cancer

Hi,
I am new member, however I've been on the Forum for quite some time. I am little confused about safety of supplementing glutathione/cystine. according to Haidut post from July last year blocking cystine, thus glutathione synthesis kills cancer stem cells. My basic question is whether it would be safe to supplement healthy body ( or with certain conditions like immune issues, diabetes, where it would be recommended).
