What better way to supply glucose than to eat polysaccharides, monosaccharides and disaccharides.

Like seriously. My health is ****88 up. Yesterday I had 400g of carbs and under 10g of fat. Today I had already 3 eggs and 30g of butter with meat and veggies. I'm little bit confused now. I have no idea what I should eat tomorrow LOL :hanginground

Food is not that important anyway and, if it stresses you out, just blow it off and drink some lemonade and enjoy some sunshine and flowers and laughing babies and crisp night air with your new puppy and sweet snuggles with your girl and gaze upon the stars and wonder about the universe displayed.
