I doubt that it has t3.

Thyroxine is a prohormone to T3, so probably not.

But what is it good for then? Absolutely nothing?

If there is no T3. I think there is no point in using it.

In The US, over-the-counter Thyroid glandular products, by law CANNOT have any T3 or T4 in them. To get the good stuff, you need to look abroad...
