Could you explain more how this is done? When you are squeezing are you squeezing the base? And are you just squeezing then releasing then squeezing again?
How are you pulling in and out explain please. Are you fully erect when doing this?
When the squeezing is done I believe It should be done throughout the entirety of the penis so what I do is do gentle squeezing at the base for a few seconds then release and then move to the other end of the penis and do gentle squeezing there (Head included) then release and I repeat for a few minutes

If too much squeezing is done at the base the blood flows to the head of the penis and the penis will become disproportionately larger at the end especially at the end

Vaginal or anal sex squeezes the penis proportionally head included so hence I believe its most ideal to follow suit

For pulling in and out - I would try this - first get your penis fully erect (it can be done semi-erect as well but imo fully erect is easiest) then softly pull outward and hold it for 15 seconds (it should be soft/gentle and I believe its best done completely naked esp while grounded ) - if you hold this soft pull you should feel the pelvis shifting - you should feel the bone right below the penis moving slowly more forward - personally I do believe the pelvis and maxilla are interconnected so I believe its best to use your tongue to push your jaws forward while pulling and using your tongue to expand the width of your jaws when squeezing

This is an example of a sunken pelvis - we can tell this man has an average/small penis by examining his pelvis to be sunken/inward:

Ultimately - you can see these guys wear boxers/pants and STILL have an outward pelvis so you don't actually need to follow my advice but I do believe its a lot easier if you have nothing restricting that area.

When you pull and push your penis outward/inward - it should be gentle and you should be aiming to FEEL the pelvis expanding/moving - this is what will make your penis bigger - if you do it fast and/or with force it doesn't help too much

what about sucking your stomach in? doing stomach vaccuums? some bodybuilders do stomach vaccuums or even advise walking around with your stomach moderately flexed/sucked in all day because it works certain muscles in that area. would stomach vaccuums, sucking the stomach in cause the pelvis to grow inward or outward?
the picture with jon skywalker vs conor mcgregor, that difference isn't simply due to skywalker being leaner?
its interesting i think skywalker isnt natty right. what kind of stuff is he using it seems to be something that's non aromatizable since he doesnt get the estrogenic side effects and has good hair too? probably not using testosterone or things that cause water retention like what the bigger bodybuilders use?

I don't know, it just seems like the more important topics of maximizing metabolism, the incredible benefits of niacinamide, the harm of PUFAs, vaccine damage, etc are getting pushed to the side by these topics.

what benefits of niacinamide? i dont know if the supplement in high doses is worthwhile. but pufas, poor metabolism, vaccine damage all cause damage to the reproductive system and cause penis shrinkage

Should be able to be "pull" these muscles out and grow them with weight training certain exercises I think

Best things I did is probably freeing my pelvis (no boxers, no pants, no belts) if you do wear pants I would at least ensure its loose fitting, Grounding barefoot outside a lot (completely stopped wearing shoes), in general im always naked and I think being naked is the most ideal state for metabolism
You don't wear pants when you go to a public place?

is part of that look there just having high enough bodyfat? would the pelvis area really be popping out that much if this person were to cut down to 10% or less bodyfat? there would still be some protrusion, but it seems like some of the mass there is bodyfat.

Yea but I'm not referring to the muscles around the pelvis - I'm referring to the pelvic bone - it is the pelvic bone connected to the spine and subsequently maxilla - his pelvic muscles are big but his pelvis does not protrude outward like the examples I posted

I don't but I also am not out in public much - when I am out its usually during Night or Early Mornings and so seeing someone step into a store in Sleepwear at Night isn't too abnormal - my Nightgowns go down to my knees so everything is covered but free - also, I tend to wear a denim jacket or Wool jacket over the NightGown sometimes so its difficult for someone to tell unless they take a closer look at me

The way I see it - 90% of normies I see outside will be gone in 10-30 years anyway so I have no shame doing/wearing something I'm more comfortable in

If I HAVE to go someplace during the day like a restaurant with my family or the DMV I will wear a pair of very loose elastic-free cotton sweatpants - but I wont wear it otherwise

Most people don't care surprisingly - high-serotonin normies sometimes get frightened or bewildered that I'm wearing no pants/boxers but I don't care to speak to them so I don't mind - most people I meet at Night/Early Mornings tend to be lower serotonin and more chill/someone I can have a conversation with

what about wearing cotton boxers? they can be very spacious if you get the classic fitting ones for example. its just like wearing a short pair of shorts underneath the pants or thobe.
why do the pants need to be elastic free cotton? you mean no elastic waistband? is elastic/spandex harmful?

your nightdown is like a shorter skirt basically? so if someone were to lay on the ground everything could be seen?


regarding penis size and correlation to general health and attractiveness, this doesnt seem guaranteed. I think it has to be a combination of penis size, testicle size, and also function, like seminal volume output, refractory period, length and thickness, and etc. there are people like ron jeremy, and many male pornstars who have large looking penises yet are balding, look very ugly/below average facial attractiveness or both, or higher bodyfat like 20% bodyfat etc. it seems like with everything else, if youre looking at only one specific feature, it can be attained through a healthy, high metabolic method and an unhealthy, low metabolic method.

another example to look at is hair health. people who are castrated, or megadose progesterone, or use chemical castration drugs, have super healthy, thick nice hair, yet also have shrunken balls and penises.
then there are the male pornstars who are balding, high bodyfat, some gyno etc but have large penises.
there's several pornstars with large penises yet abnormally small testicles. it seems like that could be some sort of hormonal usage causing larger penis but shrunken testes?

Ok so try to envision it like this:
You know how you place a stick deep into the ground and when you take it out sometimes you "wiggle" the stick out of the ground?

While Naked - use your pelvic muscles to push the pelvic bone outward while not moving your back - so don't stick your pelvis out while moving your back - rather keep the back motionless while using your pelvic muscles to push the pelvis out

You know how in movies they tell pregnant women during the birth "PUSH" - its the same motion

While pushing - grab the penis at the midsection and wiggle the penis around while gently pulling it - its the same concept - the penis is stuck in a pelvis that needs to come outward - you should feel your penis getting a bit longer and more importantly you should feel your pelvic bone shifting/growing larger - if you look in the mirror after you should see your pelvis area sticks out more

Its important that its done in a very low stress state, for example naked while grounding away from electronic devices maybe next to red incandescent light preferably DHT state because I believe bone moves/grows easier in this state

If you get used to this feeling you can continuously do it throughout the day

Hey james i tried your pelvic expansion techniques and it moved my penor forward, giving me a very protuding noticeable bulge and now i can't stop being harassed
