I am not sure - now that it's winter I think I am eating about 5000 - 6000 cals a day but i am fairly low-stress and sedentary i dont leave my house much or do any hard work - i think during summer i was eating a lot more

I think generally increasing metabolism increases androgens unless you are utilizing progesterone then I think eventually it has an anti-androgen effect - in terms of metabolism this is a short list of things that i think helped tremendously get me up to that many cals

1) Heat lamps - i have 2 175W heat lamps in my room shined on me - very strong effect on metabolism
2) air filter - helps a lot definitely
3) I take a few supplements so Pansterone, Estroban, K2 all make me very hungry
4) clean gut - so pineapple/gelatin/coffee every meal helps me keep things moving and protein processing very fast due to bromelain
5) this is anecdotal but i walk around with 1/4 of a pound of pure silver in my pockets - makes me feel very powerful and energized

i think this is pretty much it - i do wear a head-tie on my head which i think helps a lot in lowering serotonin and i used to wear more headwear until my skull got too big but once again this is anecdotal - i think this is everything that was really important that i did - many of this stuff is anecdotal but it definitely works

Yes I agree - I notice that if I raise androgens without progesterone my penis does feel a lot bigger but I don't feel as good mentally - I feel best when I raise androgens and then raise progesterone until a balance is reached it's a fascinating effect I do think theres a sweet spot where progesterone tapers off DHT and you get the best of both without being overly androgenic

the map you posted shows south american countries having the largest. it seems to be all countries closest to the equator having the largest penis sizes. theres a couple African ones but the most red is in south america apparently

a lot of the smaller size countries seem to have higher prevalence of poor diets, like soy, vegetarian/vegan, beans etc, less sunlight
