Gelatin & Bloom Strength?

Great Lakes gelatin is quite expensive (when you add shipping and customs fees for entry to the UK). Although possibly not grass fed, other sources of gelatin are available. Gelatin is sold as different bloom strengths e.g. see ebay search below:

beef gelatine | eBay

My question is does the bloom value have any nutritional significance besides texture/firmness ie does it have a higher protein content?

Also as a side note there is type A and type B gelatin which indicates the extraction method used. Summary can be found here:

Did anyone get back to you to let yoi know if there is any nutritional importance to the bloom strength of gelatine, or if it’s just cosmetic/taste? Thanks!
