This study seems to show that lowfat dairy increases inflammation much more than fullfat dairy. What are your opinions on this given that on a typical Ray Peat inspired diet a liter or two of non or low fat milk would generally be consumed daily?

Study probably used low-fat dairy products containing palmitates/other additives which can cause inflammation & allergic reactions. Safest way to get low-fat milk is to buy whole milk and skim the fat yourself.

I would imagine that both the fullfat and lowfat dairy would use similar additives surely?

Where I live fullfat milk contains added Vitamin D, whereas 2% and lower contains Vitamin D and Vitamin A (in goat's milk it's vitamin d and folic acid).
