My parents got into this drink that's marketed as healthy and I wonder now what it actually is and does, I know its a seaweed and I know Ray Peat doesn't think the iodine in seaweed is such a good thing. This stuff is also in the energy drink I drink so now I guess it would be a good idea to know what it is. I can't seem to find anything online so I doubt anyone else can help, just hoping someone somehow has extensive knowledge on this (Lol). the "superfood" ingredient is Fucoidan and there have supposedly been a lot of studies on this stuff.
