Ft3 & ft4 levels dropped

my ft3 and ft4 levels dropped in the last 4 months ... I have been on a peat diet for 9 months ... how is this decrease possible? does it have to do with the phase of the cycle? this last analysis in luteal phase and the previous one in follicular phase.
