    I found the graphs of endotoxin and TLR-4 responses to various meals fascinating. Although not the focus of the article, cream stands out for its negative effects by these metrics. Sobering information.

    According to this post from paleohacks, the cream used contained carrageenan. So was the effect due to carrageenan, or did the cream itself play a role. This is now getting to be third hand information, so probably unreliable anyways.
